STANDARD TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE
1. Scope
These General Terms and Conditions (GTC) apply to all contracts between me

and my customers via the online shop as well as for individually agreed services (e.g. custom-made products, repairs, local pickup).
Customers in the sense of these GTC are both consumers within the meaning of § 13 BGB and entrepreneurs within the meaning of § 14 BGB.
2. Subject of the Contract
The subject of the contract is the manufacture and sale of latex clothing as well as related services, in particular:
custom-made products
tailor-made products
repairs and adjustments
pickup and personal services by appointment
Since these are handmade and partially customized products, minor deviations may occur.
3. Conclusion of Contract
The presentation of the products in the online shop does not constitute a legally binding offer, but rather a non-binding invitation to place an order.
By submitting the order, the customer makes a binding offer to conclude a purchase contract. The contract is only concluded when I explicitly confirm the order or begin to execute the service.
For orders with pickup or payment on site, processing will only occur after prior contact and confirmation.
4. Prices
All prices listed are final prices.
According to § 19 UStG, no sales tax is charged (small business regulation).
Any shipping costs or additional services will be separately indicated during the ordering process.
5. Payment Terms
The available payment methods are displayed in the online shop.
For payment "on site," payment and pickup do not occur automatically at the same time, but only according to individual agreement.
The processing of an order will only occur after prior contact and confirmation.
6. Delivery and Pickup
Delivery will be made to the address provided by the customer.
Alternatively, pickup can be arranged by prior appointment. There is no retail store with a display or immediately available goods.
Delivery times are non-binding unless expressly agreed to be binding.
7. Custom-made products, special orders, and hygienically sensitive goods
Products that are made according to customer specifications or clearly tailored to personal needs are considered custom orders.
There is no right of withdrawal for custom orders according to § 312g Abs. 2 Nr. 1 BGB.
In addition, certain products may not be suitable for return for health protection or hygiene reasons (e.g., tight-fitting latex clothing). There is no right of withdrawal in these cases if a seal present at the time of delivery has been removed (§ 312g Abs. 2 Nr. 3 BGB).
The customer is obliged to provide correct measurements. I accept no liability for fit deviations due to incorrect information.
If goods are returned that cannot be reused without inspection for hygienic reasons, I reserve the right to charge for necessary professional cleaning. The cleaning costs amount to a flat rate of €10.99, unless the return is solely due to a defect for which I am responsible.
8. Right of Withdrawal
Consumers generally have a statutory right of withdrawal.
The right of withdrawal does not exist for contracts for the delivery of goods that are not pre-fabricated and for which the consumer's individual choice or specification is decisive (§ 312g para. 2 no. 1 BGB).
Entrepreneurs do not have a right of withdrawal.

9. Repairs and Adjustments
Repair and adjustment services are provided by individual agreement.
There is no right of withdrawal for repair services if the performance has begun and the customer has expressly agreed to it.
10. Retention of Title
The goods remain my property until full payment is made.
11. Liability
I am fully liable for intent and gross negligence.
In cases of simple negligence, I am only liable for breaches of essential contractual obligations (cardinal duties) and limited to the foreseeable, typical contractual damage.
Liability for damages resulting from injury to life, body, or health remains unaffected.
12. Applicable Law
The law of the Federal Republic of Germany applies, excluding the UN Sales Convention.
For consumers with a habitual residence abroad, this choice of law applies only to the extent that it does not restrict mandatory consumer protection provisions of the state of residence.
13. Dispute Resolution
The EU Commission provides a platform for online dispute resolution (ODR).
I am neither obligated nor willing to participate in dispute resolution procedures before a consumer arbitration board.
14. Final Provisions
Should individual provisions of these terms and conditions be wholly or partially ineffective, the validity of the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected.
