Right of Withdrawal
Consumers have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day,
on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, has taken possession of the goods, or
in the case of multiple goods that you ordered as part of a single order and that are delivered separately, on which you or a third party named by you has taken possession of the last item.

of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement (e.g. by email).
To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send the notification of the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.
Consequences of Withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, I will refund all payments received from you, including delivery costs (except for the additional costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by me), without delay and no later than fourteen days from the day on which the notification of your withdrawal from this contract was received by me.
For this refund, I will use the same payment method that you used for the original transaction, unless something else has been expressly agreed with you; in no case will you be charged any fees for this refund.
I can refuse the refund until I have received the goods back or until you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever is earlier.
You must return the goods to me immediately and in any case no later than fourteen days from the day you inform me of the cancellation of this contract.
You bear the direct costs of returning the goods.
You only have to pay for any loss in value of the goods if this loss in value is due to handling them in a way that is not necessary for checking their nature, characteristics, and functioning.
Exclusion or expiration of the right of withdrawal
The right of withdrawal does not exist for contracts
for the delivery of goods that are not pre-manufactured and for which the consumer's individual choice or specification is significant for their production or that are clearly tailored to the personal needs of the consumer (custom-made products),
for the delivery of sealed goods that are not suitable for return for health protection or hygiene reasons if their seal has been removed after delivery (§ 312g Abs. 2 Nr. 3 BGB),
for the provision of repair or alteration services if the performance has begun after the consumer has expressly consented and confirmed their knowledge of the expiration of the right of withdrawal.
If goods are returned that cannot be reused without inspection for hygienic reasons, I reserve the right to charge for necessary professional cleaning. The cleaning costs amount to a flat rate of €10.99, unless the return is solely due to a defect for which I am responsible.
