Pickup, Measurement and Payment

Since my products are customized services, the processing is only done after prior arrangement.

No exhibition / no direct sales

In my store, there are no finished products available for immediate pickup or viewing. There is no classic product display. All products and services are prepared or manufactured individually.

Pickup

A pickup is generally possible, but it only occurs after prior appointment. Only after mutual agreement and confirmation will the order be processed and prepared for pickup.

Measurement

If measurement is required for your product, this will also be done after prior arrangement. The appointment will be individually arranged and serves to optimally adjust to your personal requirements.

Payment

The payment is made on-site or by individual agreement. Payment and pickup are not automatically connected and can take place at different times.

Please note:

  • An online order does not yet constitute a binding processing of the order.

  • Processing begins only after personal contact and confirmation.
