Our online shop is operated through the system Odoo (Cloud Version) In the context of using the shop, personal data is processed that is necessary for carrying out the ordering process, providing a customer account, and contract fulfillment.
The legal basis for processing is Article 6(1)(b) of the GDPR (contract fulfillment).
Customers have the option to create a customer account. The data stored in the customer account can be viewed and changed at any time. Deletion of the customer account is possible upon request, provided that there are no legal retention obligations to the contrary.

If you send us inquiries via a contact form, your information from the form, including the contact details you provided, will be stored by us for processing the inquiry and in case of follow-up questions.
The legal basis for processing is Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR (legitimate interest in processing your inquiry) or Article 6(1)(b) of the GDPR, if the inquiry aims at concluding a contract.

To process payments, we use the following payment service providers:
